伊藤除了紙本書法作品，還擅長使用獨特的材料及工藝。除了書法作品外，還創作出一系列招財貓（Maneki-Neko）的雕塑品，這些作品融合了獨特的藍色墨水創作而成，有別於其他作品。

Junichi Ito‘ s artistic pursuits transcend conventional boundaries as he dedicates much of his work to temples, shrines, and local communities. His approach embodies cultural cultivation, reflecting the Latin term ’colere‘, meaning ’to cultivate‘. Through his calligraphy and writing, he aims to instill the profound meaning of his expression in the viewer.

In addition to calligraphy on paper, Ito-san is also adept at using unique materials and techniques. A series of sculptures of Maneki-Neko were created by incorporating a unique blue ink.
